We understand that you may not know if a garment will work for you until after you try it on, which is why we allow returns, see policy below.
Sarah Ryan Designs Return Policy: If buyer decides their purchase won’t work for them, they have four days after arrival to contact us and get it back in the mail. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us within that period that it is being returned. Item can not be used/worn at a show or for photos prior to return. Once it is returned, in same condition, we will refund the transaction, minus the actual shipping cost and fees from the payment processor, if applicable (see below). Any damage to the item is the responsibility of the buyer until safely returned.
•Any purchases made off the website with card checkout or with PayPal, will incur a 2.9-3.5% non-refundable fee in the case of a return. Additional fees may apply for international returns.
•If you wish to make a purchase that will not result in those non-refundable processing fees, in the case of a return, we also accept other forms of payment, including a check. Item to be shipped after it clears.
A copy of this will be included with your order.
Any purchases made in person are final sale.
Custom Orders:
No returns or exchanges are accepted for any or during any custom order purchase. All custom order sales are final.
